Welcome to Bedazzled Cleaning Services. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing our residential and commercial cleaning operations in Austin, Texas and surrounding areas.

1. Service Estimates and Pricing All quotes are estimates based on information provided at the time of booking (e.g., square footage, number of rooms, property condition). Final pricing may be adjusted upon visual inspection if the actual scope of work significantly differs from the initial description. We provide clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees or surprise charges.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. This fee compensates our cleaning professionals for reserved time and travel.

3. Access and Safety Clients are responsible for ensuring our team has safe, unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled service time. Bedazzled Cleaning reserves the right to refuse service or vacate the premises if conditions present a health, safety, or biohazard risk to our staff — including but not limited to severe hoarding, active pest infestations, mold, or hazardous materials not disclosed at the time of booking.

4. Liability and Property Damage Our professionals exercise the utmost care in every home and facility. Bedazzled Cleaning Services is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for consideration. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement value of the damaged item, not to exceed the total cost of the cleaning service rendered. We are not liable for damage to items that were pre-existing, improperly installed, or inherently fragile and not disclosed prior to service.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind every clean. If you are dissatisfied with a specific area of our work, notify us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to re-clean the disputed area at no additional charge. Monetary refunds are not issued in lieu of a re-clean.

6. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for securing or removing valuables, fragile items, and irreplaceable objects prior to our arrival. Bedazzled Cleaning is not liable for loss or damage to unsecured items.

7. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if our staff is subjected to unsafe conditions, verbal abuse, or any environment that compromises their well-being.

8. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved in Travis County, Texas.
